There was a young man walking down a deserted beach just before dawn. In the distance he saw a frail old man. As he approached the old man, he saw him picking up stranded starfish and throwing them back into the sea. The young man gazed in wonder as the old man again and again threw the small starfish from the sand to the water. He asked, “Old man, why do you spend so much energy doing what seems to be a waste of time.” The old man explained that the stranded starfish would die if left in the morning sun. “But there must be thousands of beaches and millions of starfish!” exclaimed the young man. “How can you make any difference?” The old man looked at the small starfish in his hand and as he threw it to the safety of the sea, he said, “It makes a difference to this one!”

The Usui System of Reiki The Usui System: is a way of life that promotes healing.
Reiki Levels
Reiki 1 Reiki 1: A person attuned to Reiki 1 has the ability to begin giving energy to others. It promotes intuitive healing.
Reiki 2 Reiki 2: A person attuned to Reiki 2 has the capacity to transfer Reiki Healing Energy over distances.
Reiki 3 Reiki 3 introduces Sound Therapy via sound crystal bowls.
Reiki 4 Aura-Soma the natural way using fresh wild flowers from the Australian bush. Using colour to strengthen healing.
Reiki 5 Reiki Meditation. Telling your "story" in your own manner. Voice Practice.
Reiki 6 Designer Diet especially for students of Reiki, including simple recipes for your own Health Plan.
Reiki 7 Rosemary, Sage and other Wise Herbs. To assist your Reiki.
Reiki Master Reiki Master: A person attuned as a Reiki Master will be attuning students. They will be given practice on others. Prerequisite for Reiki Masters: Reiki 1 to 7. Students in Reiki Master - Agenda: - The principles of Dr Mikao Usui - Research. - The sacred Usui Reiki Master symbol, its meaning and its protection. - Ethics for Reiki usage. - Procedures for Reiki 1 to 7, Brief outline. It is assumed that further study will be nesessary.
