What is Reiki ? Reiki: is the phrase for "life energy". The symbols connect with Meridians – energy flowing in certain body lines. They assist with their natural flow.
Reiki is similar to the Arts in that every person is a canvas.

The Usui System of Reiki The Usui System: is a way of life that promotes healing. It is simple - anyone can do it.

Reiki Levels It takes time to practice Reiki. Dr Usui explored many avenues of healing. We like to touch on some of the more simple ways to enhance the Reiki experience. The levels are varied according to the prior knowledge of the group. I learn gratefully with the expertise of every student.
Revision of Reiki 1 and 2 with more advanced levels. Reiki 1 Reiki 1: A person attuned to Reiki 1 has the ability to begin giving energy to others. It promotes intuitive healing.
Reiki 2 Reiki 2: A person attuned to Reiki 2 has the capacity to transfer Reiki Healing Energy over distances.
Reiki 3 Reiki 3 introduces Sound Therapy via sound crystal bowls.
Reiki 4 Aura-Soma the natural way using fresh wild flowers from the Australian bush. Using colour to strengthen healing.
Reiki 5 Reiki Meditation. Telling your "dream" in your own manner. Preparing a meditation.
Reiki 6
Food especially for students of Reiki, including simple recipes for your own Health Plan. Making your own special health tray using fresh vegetables and fruit and teach me your favourite, special dish.
Reiki 7 Rosemary, Sage and other Wise Herbs. To assist your Reiki experience. Herbal Remedies. Geoffrey will demonstrate.
Dr Mikao Usui Reiki Master Reiki Master: A person attuned as a Reiki Master will be following the Principles of Dr Mikao Usui. Prerequisite for Reiki Masters: Reiki 1 to 7. Reiki Master Level content - The principles of Dr Mikao Usui - Research, (further readings). - The sacred Usui Reiki Master symbol, its meaning and its protection. - Ethics for Reiki usage. - Procedures for Reiki 1 to 7, Brief outline. Please Note - The student will be given a short Reading List - to be perused prior to Reiki Master Level Attendance and referred to during discussion.
